I’m a proud Dallasite—born, raised, and forever devoted to this vibrant city. As a gay Mexican American man and a member of the LGBTQ+ community,  I know how powerful it feels to be seen, respected, and celebrated exactly as you are. That commitment to inclusion has guided my entire career, from a decade leading finance learning and development to Franco Signature Services' inception.

Over the years, I’ve fine-tuned the art of listening to what people need. Whether a couple wants a bilingual ceremony that honors both cultures, a family requires precise document translations, or a client needs a late-evening mobile notary, I meet them at their level of urgency and comfort. My mission is simple: combine professional expertise with heartfelt service so every client walks away feeling heard, supported, and, most importantly, comfortable.
